Attached please find the political boundary map for the Town of Ashland which represents the required 150 ft boundary by law for elections. I would kindly ask Candidates to please remember to stand outside this boundary unless you are voting.
A revised version of the FY14 Omnibus Budget Article (Article 3), is now available. This version includes correct percentage changes from FY13 to FY14.
A Citizen Screening Committee will be used to assist the Town Manager in evaluating vendor submittals for award of the Executive Search for Police Chief. This group will assist in evaluating each proposal against both the Qualitative and Comparative Evaluation Criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal. It is intended that this group will comprise between 5-7 citizens representing a diverse cross section from our community. Those citizens interested in being considered for this committee should fill out and file an Ashland Talent Bank Form (Due by May 3, 2013) not only expressing their interest, but also an outline of the Knowledge, Skills and Abilities that the citizen feels would make them a valuable contributor to this important effort in selecting the firm that will search, recruit and present top candidates for the position of Ashland Police Chief. Talent Bank Forms are to be submitted to Ms. Susan Robie at Town Hall by the due date above.
Quarterly water & sewer bills will be mailed on Monday, May 6, 2013. The payment "DUE DATE" is Wednesday, June 5, 2013. Any questions regarding your bill should directed to the Ashland Water & Sewer Department @ 508-881-0120, Ext. 12 or 13 or email to DPW@ashlandmass.com.

Attached please find the Official election results for the April 30, 2013 Special State Primary Election which were certified with the Secretary of State on May 1, 2013.
The absentee ballots for the May 21st Annual Town Election are now available in the Office of the Town Clerk. I have attached a sample ballot for your convenience.

Please note that Town Meeting starts promptly at 7:00 pm at the High School, 65 East Union Street in the Auditorium.
