Street Light Maintenance



To report a streetlight problem, please send an email to:  
streetlights@ashlandmass.com





In order to expedite the process, please include the following information: 

(1) pole number off of the utility pole (if available); 
(2) nearest street address to the streetlight; and 
(3) nearest cross street, if applicable. 

This information will help the Town identify the specific streetlight.

Routine maintenance requests (replacement of bulb and/or photo cell) are addressed weekly and normally are fixed within 7-10 days. 

If the streetlight outage is the result of a power issue, the repair may take longer.
