Please read before emailing your files:
- Submissions are not official until stamped by the Town Clerk Office.
- Notices & Agendas must be submitted 48 business hours before actual meeting -by Law. (Weekends & Holidays are not part of 48hrs notice!)
- Business hours are: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 8:00am - 3:30pm & Wednesday 8:00am - 7:00pm, Friday closed
- Your submission will be stamped official, ASAP, during business hours.
- Open Meeting Law does not recognize website uploads as official. Uploading files to the website is an added service the Town Clerk elects to provide.
- Find the "officially stamped" state mandated meeting posting printout at the bulletin board near Town Clerk's Office.

How to create a PDF version of your document:
- Download FREE CutePDF and the Converter and install both programs to your local computer.
- Print the document but Choose 'CutePDF' as the Printer instead of your Default printer.
- Instead of the document outputting to a printer CutePDF will force a Save As: ..continue to Save your file...
- Pay attention to where you Save the newly Saved file (it will now be a PDF version of your document).
- Please name your file using the convention suggested below, so your file will Sort properly on the website. (suggested file naming method: ex.) " bos-agenda-20110701.pdf " is what a Board of Selectmen Agenda for July 7th, 2011 shoudl look like.
- Attach your newly created PDF file to an email, and send your file to one of the following:
How to submit Meeting Notices:
- Download Meeting Notice Form.doc
- Save completed form to your local computer
- Attach then email your completed form to: meeting-notices@ashlandmass.com
How to submit Meeting Agendas:
- Email your Agenda document in PDF format to meeting-agendas@ashlandmass.com
- Please use the following naming convention: ex.) zbaagenda20101231.pdf -for Zoning Board of Appeals Agenda for December 31, 2010.
How to submit Meeting Minutes:
- Email Minutes in PDF format to: meeting-minutes@ashlandmass.com
