A wetlands permit must be obtained for any construction, cutting, grading or landscaping within 100 feet of wetlands or 200 feet of perennial streams. A stormwater permit must be obtained for any project disturbing more than 10,000 square feet of area, or any project that triggers Site Plan Approval by the Planning Board.
