• All programs must have a minimum of 6 participants.  Unless noted, all programs are 6 weeks long and there are no programs on holidays when school is cancelled.

• The Recreation Department will announce dates when registration for each program will be held.  Non-residents generally are invited to register for programs one week after resident registration begins.  Please call ahead for space availability.

• Registration is done on a first come first served basis.  Waiting lists may be available for some programs.

• Registrations by fax will only be accepted with accompanying credit card payments.

• If you register by mail and there are no openings in a particular program when we receive your registration, we will add your name to a waiting list and notify you by telephone.  We will destroy your check if no openings become available.

• A service charge of $32.50 will be assessed for all returned checks.

• Late registration will be accepted, subject to available space.

• If you do not hear from us you are in the program. Registration may be limited due to space limitations and ratio.

• The Recreation Department reserves the right to correct mistakes made in this brochure at the time of print. We also reserve the right to cancel any program because of low enrollment, poor weather. or other factors.

• Programs and services are open to all.  We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, marital status, national origin or disabilities.

• If Ashland Public Schools are closed due to the weather, the Community Center and all Recreation programs scheduled for that day will also be cancelled.

Age Requirement: Participants must be age specified for the program by the date the program starts. There are no exceptions.

Liability: The Town of Ashland and its staff are not liable for damages or injuries sustained during any Recreation program. The Town of Ashland is not responsible for lost belongings or valuables.
