The Office of the Town Clerk now provides passport services to our community. The Department of State has designated the Town of Ashland as an official passport application acceptance agent. We will accept applications for processing and to administer oaths for passport purposes by appointment only. In general, you will need the following items to apply for a passport:
Please Note: If the birth certificate has been issue from the office of the Ashland Town Clerk we cannot accept it. The birth certificate must be issued from another town. APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED, PLEASE CALL 508-881-0100 EXT 601 TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR PASSPORT To process passports at the Ashland Town Clerk's Office, two checks or money orders are required.
