The Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 7:00 PM via Zoom videoconference at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87432693610?pwd=Y3ByREZXOFRhalROWjhMN2p3anhxUT09, to hear the petition of Mark and Deborah Pelletier, requesting an Accessory Family Dwelling Unit Special Permit per Chapter 40A, Section 6 of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, Sections 7.6 (Accessory Family Dwelling Unit) and 9.3 (Special Permits) of the Ashland Bylaws to allow for the construction of an Accessory Family Dwelling Unit. The property in question is located at 141 East Union Street, Assessors Map 15, Lot 089, in the Residential A Zoning District.
