The Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 7:00 PM via a Zoom video conference meeting accessed via: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87432693610?pwd=Y3ByREZXOFRhalROWjhMN2p3anhxUT09, to hear the petition of Koduvayur and Rahda Narayana who have applied to the ZBA to appeal the Building Commissioner’s Decision under Chapter 282 Section 3.3 (Non-Conforming Uses and Structures), Section 6.3 (Driveways) and Section (Board of Appeals), along with any other applicable sections of the Ashland Zoning Bylaws. The decision states that a driveway shall not be located within 5 feet of any side or rear lot line, and that the application does not provide a compelling argument to grant a variance. The property in question is located at 0 Prospect Street, Assessors Map 29, Lot 34, in the Residential A Zoning District. Parties wishing to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place indicated above.
