Payment Instructions

Bills that are currently payable through City Hall Systems online:
  • Motor Vehicle Excise*
  • Personal Property
  • Real Estate
  • Rubbish/Trash
  • Water/Sewer
*Motor Vehicle Excise Bills issued via Warrant and bills that are marked at the RMV for non-renewal will be sent from our Deputy Tax Collector, Kelley & Ryan are payable online at TownPay.com instead of the online CHS service above. 

Have the printed bill in hand. This is required for security. If you do not have your bill, please contact Treasurer/Collector's Office.

For help with tax bills contact the Treasurer/Collector's Office at 508-881-0100, ext. 2016. The Department of Public Works can help with water/sewer bill questions by calling 508-881-010, ext. 7964 or rubbish/trash bills questions by calling 508-881-0100, ext. 7943.

Vital Certificates

Copies of birth, death, and marriage certificates can be purchased through City Hall Systems online.

Accepted Forms of Payment

ACH/DEBIT is an accepted form of payment. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or other credit cards are accepted, however, please be aware convenience fees are added.

If you are paying using your own bank's online bill pay system please be sure to pay 7-10 business days before the due date and update reference information so that your payment is applied correctly. The best reference is Year, Tax Type/Plate Number and Bill Number (2020, MVE/Plate#, Bill#).
