Jussarah Dejesus

Hi! My name is Jussarah DeJesus and I have some great news: I am so excited to be challenged to run my very first Marathon as well as really honored that it will actually be the Boston Marathon! I grew up near RT 135 in Framingham, MA and loved watching the runners every year. I’ve always dreamt about running the Boston Marathon, but it wasn’t until a few years ago that I started running and I realized that my dream could eventually become reality!

I have been living in Ashland, MA for the past 10 years with my husband, Rodrigo. We have two boys, ages 3 and 7 and we really enjoy being involved and giving back to our community. I am accepting this challenge and excited that, through that, I will be supporting the town of Ashland through raising money, which in turn will help out various charitable organizations such as Food Pantry, Girl Scouts, Ashland Youth Soccer, Drug Free Programs, our schools and more . The town’s ability to support these organizations is increased because of these donations that are raised each and every year.
