Notice of Public Hearing

The Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at 7:00 PM in the Board of Selectmen Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Ashland Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland, MA, to hear the petition of Paul F. Barbieri of Framingham, MA, requesting a Special Permit from frontage requirements per Chapter 40A, Section 6 of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, Sections 3.3, 4.1, and 9.3 of the Ashland Zoning Bylaws, in order to demolish the pre-existing, non-conforming single-family dwelling and construct a new single-family dwelling on the pre-existing, non-conforming lot, as shown on the plans submitted. The property in question is located at 229 East Union Street, Assessors Map 16, Lot 4, in the Residential A Zoning District.
