AP1-21: 78 Union Street Building Commissioner Appeal



The Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at 7:00 PM via a Zoom video conference meeting accessed via: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87432693610?pwd=Y3ByREZXOFRhalROWjhMN2p3anhxUT09, to hear the petition of Jillian Roberts who has applied to the ZBA to Appeal the Building Commissioner’s Decision under Chapter 282 Section 5.3 (Signs) and Section (Board of Appeals), along with any other applicable sections of the Ashland Zoning Bylaws. The decision states that a proposed pole sign is not allowed due to the limit of one free-standing sign per lot. The property in question is located at 78 Union Street, Assessors Map 14, Lot 478, in the Highway Commerce Zoning District. Parties wishing to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place indicated above.
