MHAM - Mindful Living for Navigating Uncertain Times *For 16+

Tuesday, May 10, 2022

Just as a successful sailor learns and incorporates tools and techniques to navigate through rough waters on the high seas so that they can arrive safely at their destination, an empowered human can learn to navigate through challenging times, deepen their ability to enjoy the sweet moments of life, and learn to fully live this one precious life.

Learn why a person who is calm, clear, and kind has a positive effect on everyone they are near - friends, family, colleagues, even complete strangers on the street.  Know how to calm anxiety, deepen self-awareness in a healthy and compassionate way, understand how the mind works and the power of your attention, and experience guided meditations for calm awareness. We’ll explore helpful tools and techniques from U.C. Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center, HeartMath, and the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Living, and you’ll receive a free 10-minute guided meditation to help you cultivate a regular meditation practice.

This program is free and open to everyone 16+

Lisa Campbell, Founder, Mindfulfilled Meditation, LLC

Inspired by Thoreau and Emerson, you’ll most likely find Lisa, a modern mystic and mindful outdoor guide, meditating outdoors in the New England woods or on the shores of Walden Pond. With a meditation practice spanning nearly thirty years, Lisa brings meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, kindness practice and positive wellbeing to all ages and abilities.   Lisa is a graduate of the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership, a certified meditation and mindfulness coach, a U.S. Air Force veteran, mom, and lover of all critters great and small.  Learn more: www.Mindfulfilled.com.

We're pleased to be partnering with Decisions at Every Turn during Mental Health Awareness Month (MHAM) to bring this series to our community.
