Virtual: Inside Look At International Space Station's Bishop Airlock From The Man Who Engineered It

Wednesday, November 2, 2022

What do astronauts on board the International Space Station (ISS) do with their trash? Do they recycle? Explore the old ways of getting rid of trash on the ISS as well as new ways that have been recently developed. The Bishop Airlock has updated the ISS in more ways than just taking out the trash. Join Solar System Ambassador Lorie Hammerstrom and Aerospace Engineer/Spacecraft Designer, Builder and Operator Brock Howe, who actually helped design the Bishop Airlock, to learn about some amazing new technology added to the ISS.
