[ARCHIVED] West Union Transmission Sewer Replacement - Project Status

West Union Project update 11-18-16

This week, the Contractor completed water main replacement in Clyde and all temporary houses are connected to the new water main. They have removed the temporary water main and services in Clyde.
Contractor replaced the water main in Christy this week. Christy water service will be connected to the new water main during the week of November 28.
Next week, the Contractor plans on working in Clyde to grade the roadway and pave, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
The Contractor has re-scheduled the Brook Street drain to Saturday 12-3-16. This work has to be completed on a Saturday due to the bus parking lot.
The Contractor is planning to complete the remaining sewer pipe replacement in December, which includes the Ashland Commons property, Clyde to Christy easement and Leland.
All roads will have temporary pavement for the winter. Contractor will return in the Spring to remove temporary pavement and install permanent pavement and complete loam and seed work.
