Grants are offered twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. This grant cycle includes a couple changes which we hope will simplify the process. The application has been modified slightly and the amount you can request is based on type of grant you are eligible for.
BAA Grants - The funding source of this grant is a result of our dedicated Boston Marathon runners. Their commitment to running the Boston Marathon and their fundraising efforts makes the grants possible. Applicants must be an eligible 501 (c) 3 in order to qualify for this grant. You may apply for up to $4,000.00 with a maximum of $6,000.00 in two consecutive grant cycles. (Submission are due by March 31, 2024)
Select Board Community Grant - The funding source of this grant is the Select Board Gift Account. Applicants can request up to $1,000.00 with a maximum of $1,500.00 in two consecutive grant cycles. (Submission are due by March 31, 2024)

In addition to completing the application you also need to submit the following documents:
- A completed of W-9 form
- Price quotes and or estimated related to the expected expenditures of the requested funds.
- If you have previously been warded grant monies, copies of the spending report and or receipts detailing those expenditures.
All documents should be identified with the organization name, for example: My Organization Receipts.
