Zoning Board of Appeals Special Permit Public Hearing Notice:

The Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at 7:00 PM via Zoom videoconference accessed at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87432693610?pwd=Y3ByREZXOFRhalROWjhMN2p3anhxUT09, to hear the petition of Judith Barbieri, Ashland MA, requesting a Special Permit per Chapter 40A, Section 6 of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, Sections 3.3 (Nonconforming Uses and Structures) and 9.3 (Special Permits) of the Ashland Bylaws to allow for the construction of a 30’ x 40’ building on an existing non-conforming undersized lot. The property in question is located at 10 Metcalf Ave, Assessors Map 13, Lot 90, in the Industrial Zoning District, Ashland Downtown District Sub-area A and Solar Overlay District.

The Ashland Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at 7:15 PM via Zoom videoconference via https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86512646250?pwd=R1NKNG9yQ3M4WTdXTXh6bmNFZlRaQT09, to hear the petition of Judith Barbieri c/o George Connors Esq., requesting Design Plan Review and Site Plan Review per Chapter 40A, Section 6 of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, Sections 8.5 (Ashland Downtown District), 9.6 (Design Plan Review) and 9.4 (Site Plan Review) of the Ashland Bylaws. The applicant is proposing the construction of a 30’ x 40’ metal building with site improvements that shall include parking area and storm water management. The property in question is located at 10 Metcalf Avenue, Assessors Map 13, Lot 090 in the Industrial Zoning District, Ashland Downtown District Sub-area A and Solar Overlay District.
