The Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 7, 2021, at 7:00 PM via a Zoom video conference meeting accessed via:, to hear the petition of Fabio Fragale of Ashland, MA, requesting a Variance per Chapter 40A, Section 10 of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, Sections 3.3 (Non-Conforming Uses and Structures) and 9.2 (Board of Appeals) of the Ashland Bylaws to allow for the realignment of two lots with nonconforming front and rear yard setbacks.
