The Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 7, 2021, at 7:00 PM via a Zoom video conference meeting accessed via: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87432693610?pwd=Y3ByREZXOFRhalROWjhMN2p3anhxUT09, to hear the petition of Fabio Fragale of Ashland, MA, requesting a Variance per Chapter 40A, Section 10 of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, Sections 3.3 (Non-Conforming Uses and Structures) and 9.2 (Board of Appeals) of the Ashland Bylaws to allow for the realignment of two lots with nonconforming front and rear yard setbacks. The property in question is located at 46 and 56 Fountain Street, Assessors Map 14, Lots 203 and 204, in the Residential A Zoning District.
