NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF ASHLAND

 

The Ashland Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 7:15 PM in the second floor Select Board Hearing Room, Ashland Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland MA, 01721. This Public Hearing can also be joined via Zoom video conference at:

The Planning Board will hear the petition of TDC-223 Chestnut Place Property, LLC C/O Mark Donahue, 44 Brook Street, Manchester, MA 01944 requesting a Site Plan Review and Design Plan Review per Chapter 40A, Section 6 of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, 9.6 (Design Plan Review) and 9.4 (Site Plan Review) of the Ashland Bylaws. The applicant is proposing the development of solar canopies structures within the parking area as an accessory structure. All work will be within the limits of the existing parking lot. The property in question is located at 13 Joanne Drive, Assessors Map 24, Lot 046 and is within the Residential “A” Zoning District.
