The Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the second floor Select Board Hearing Room, Ashland Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland MA, 01721. The petition is from ORB Investment LLC, requesting (2) two Special Permits and (1) one Dimensional Variance per M.G.L. Chapter 40A Section 9 and 10, and Section 3.3 and 9.2 of the Ashland Zoning Bylaws. The applicant seeks a special permit to construct a contractor’s garage, and a variance which does not meet the dimensional zoning requirements of the industrial zone. Furthermore, the applicant requests a special permit to allow the existing building to remain as a residential structure. The property in question is located at 35 Nickerson Road, Assessors Map 25, Lot 340, in the Industrial (I) zoning.
