NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF ASHLAND

 

The Ashland Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 7:15 PM in the second floor Select Board Hearing Room, Ashland Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland MA, 01721. This Public Hearing can also be joined via Zoom video conference please see the Planning Board Agenda for this link. 

 

The Planning Board will hear the petition of Eversource Energy requesting Scenic Road Permit per Chapter 40, Section 15C of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 249, §20 of the Ashland Bylaws. The applicant is proposing to perform circuit vegetation maintenance for utility pruning. The trees to be pruned are with the right of way of Howe Street from the Hopkinton -Ashland town boundary to the intersection of Howe and Cordaville Road.

 

Parties wishing to be heard on this matter should submit comments to the Planning Board ahead of time and/or appear at the time and place indicated above. Materials may be viewed by appointment at Town Hall during normal business hours, or at:
