The Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday September 13, 2022, at 7:00 PM via a Zoom video conference meeting accessed via: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87432693610?pwd=Y3ByREZXOFRhalROWjhMN2p3anhxUT09, to hear the petition of Rimark LLC, requesting a Special Permit and Variance per Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, Sections 3 (Principal Uses), 4 (Dimensional Requirements), and 9.3 (Special Permits) of the Ashland Bylaws to allow for creation of two lots, one of which is non-conforming due to lot size, and the construction of duplex housing. The Commercial Village district requires a minimum lot size of 15,000 square feet, and the proposed under-sized lot is 13,705 square feet. The property in question is located at 0 Sewell Street, Assessors Map 22, Lots 022 and 023 and is within the Village Commerce Zoning District and Pond Street Mixed Use Overlay District
