The Board will hear the petition of Adebayo and Adeyinka Ajala, requesting a Special Permit applying Chapter 40A, Section 6 (Existing structures, uses, or permits; certain subdivision plans; application of chapter) of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, Section 9.3 (Special Permits) of the Ashland Bylaws. The application seeks the expansion of a pre-existing non-conforming structure, proposing a one-story addition on the north-west side of the existing building. The property in question is located at 16 Windsor Drive, Assessors Map 0260, Lot 0117 in the Residential “A” Zoning District.
