Notice of Public Hearing
The Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at 7:00 PM in the Board of Selectmen Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Ashland Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland, MA, to hear the petition of New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC dba AT&T of Norwell, MA, requesting a Special Permit under Chapter 282, Sections 3.3.2, 3.3.3, 6.4, and 9.3 of the Ashland Zoning By-Laws, in order to extend a pre-existing, nonconforming use by installing three (3) antennas for new network service upgrade with associated antenna and electronic equipment, fiber and coax conduits, and install additional equipment inside the existing fenced area at the base of the Town-owned Cedar Street Water Tower, as shown on the plans submitted. The property in question is located at 400 Cedar Street, Assessors Map 29, Lot 132, in the Residential A Zoning District.
