The Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday July 12, 2022, at 7:00 PM via a Zoom video conference meeting accessed via: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87432693610?pwd=Y3ByREZXOFRhalROWjhMN2p3anhxUT09, to hear the petition of Rosa Barroso, requesting a Variance per Chapter 40A, Section 10 of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, Sections 4 (Dimensional Requirements), 10 (Definitions) and 9.2 (Board of Appeals) of the Ashland Bylaws to allow for the construction of a structure on a lot that does not meet the minimum upland requirements of Lot Area in the Zoning District. The property in question is located at 90 Waverly Street, Assessors Map 10, Lot 70, in the Commercial Highway Zoning District. Parties wishing to be heard on this matter should appear at the time and place indicated above.
