SP1-20: 244 Prospect Special Permit

The Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at 7:00 PM in the Board of Selectmen Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Ashland Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland, MA, to hear the petition of Kristin Grimes of Ashland, MA, requesting an Accessory Family Dwelling Unit Special Permit per Chapter 40A, Section 6 of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, Sections 7.6 (Accessory Family Dwelling Unit) and 9.3 (Special Permits) of the Ashland Bylaws to allow for the construction of an addition to be used as an Accessory Family Dwelling Unit. The property in question is located at 244 Prospect Street, Assessors Map 29, Lot 078, in the Residential A Zoning District.
