The Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 12, 2020, at 7:00 PM via a Zoom video conference meeting accessed via:, to hear the petition of Michael and Katherine Kotch of Ashland, MA, requesting a Variance per Chapter 40A, Section 10 of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, Sections 3.3 (Non-Conforming Uses and Structures) and 9.2 (Board of Appeals) of the Ashland Bylaws to allow for the construction of an addition that would encroach within the required 40 foot front setback.
