The Ashland Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 7:00 PM in the second floor Select Board Hearing Room, Ashland Town Hall, 101 Main Street, Ashland MA, 01721. The petition is from Cedric Bacon and Emilie Brodeur, requesting a Special Permit per M.G.L. Chapter 40A Section 9 and Chapter 282, Section 9.3 (Special Permits) of the Ashland Bylaws. The applicant seeks a special permit to rebuild their shed within the setback line and build a two (2) car garage with living space above, partially within the front setback line. The property in question is located at 128 Olive Street, Assessors Map 27, Lot 85, in the Residential “A” (RA) zoning.
